Jareth

The Goblin King.

I still retain that though I love glam rock and Bowie, Jareth as a character should probably be more evil and... goblin-ey looking.

I wanted to keep him looking like Bowie but make him a tad more scary. Since we're going for scary I kept the horrible crotch pants.

I don't think I totally succeeded... ah well.

Might colour it, but I don't know.
