A Most Agreeable Mini Scarf

~Snowypaint asked for a scarf, and a scarf she shall have!

I wanted this one to have a sort of Chap-ey, subtle, quaint niceness. Very simple, but effective.
Plus I wanted Anna to be able to actually wear it, so I didn't want to make it too over the top. This scarf was made for wearing, and that's just what it'll do.
